Welcome to CreatorCodes

CreatorCodes connects shoppers and creators through discount codes. Shoppers install the CreatorCodes browser extension and get creator codes applied automatically at checkout. Creators list their codes on CreatorCodes so their audience never forgets to use them.

By using any part of CreatorCodes — the website, the browser extension, or the creator dashboard — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What CreatorCodes does

The extension detects when you reach a checkout page at a supported brand and automatically finds and applies a relevant creator discount code. Codes come from creators who have registered with CreatorCodes and submitted their own affiliate codes.

When a code is applied and a purchase is completed, CreatorCodes records the event so the creator can be credited. This helps shoppers save money and helps creators earn the commissions they would otherwise miss.

For shoppers

The extension is free to install and use. We do not charge shoppers anything, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties. The codes applied at checkout are public creator codes — using them does not cost you anything extra.

We cannot guarantee every code will work or produce savings on every order. Codes can expire, be restricted to certain products, or be limited by the brand's own terms. If a code does not work, you are never obligated to complete the purchase.

For creators — pricing

Signing up and listing codes on CreatorCodes is free. There are no upfront fees and no monthly subscription.

Your first 100 confirmed checkouts (lifetime, across all your codes) are free. After that, CreatorCodes bills 2% of each confirmed order's total via Stripe. "Confirmed" means a shopper actually completed the checkout with your code applied — if no order completes, no fee is charged.

Billing runs monthly on the Stripe subscription you connect from your creator dashboard. You'll receive an email notice as you approach the 100-order threshold so nothing sneaks up on you. You can remove codes or cancel the subscription at any time from the dashboard — cancelling stops future billing but does not reverse fees already settled.

Fees are billed on confirmed checkouts and are non-refundable even if the underlying order is later refunded, disputed, or cancelled by the brand. CreatorCodes' service — auto-applying your code at checkout and attributing the conversion — was delivered at the moment the order completed; any subsequent refund is a matter between the shopper and the brand.

For creators — what you're agreeing to

By submitting a discount or affiliate code to CreatorCodes, you confirm you have the right to share it and that doing so doesn't violate any agreement you have with the brand. You're responsible for keeping your codes current.

Removing a code stops it from being shown to new shoppers. Shoppers who previously pinned your code as a preference keep it pinned until they choose a different creator.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the CreatorCodes extension. You may not submit codes you don't own or have permission to share. You may not attempt to manipulate attribution, inflate commission counts, or otherwise game the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Service availability

CreatorCodes is a beta service. Features may change, be removed, or behave differently as we iterate. We communicate significant changes via email or in-app notice where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time. Creators can remove their codes and close their account through the dashboard. CreatorCodes may suspend access for violations of these terms. Codes already submitted remain visible to existing shoppers until explicitly removed by the creator or by CreatorCodes.

Changes to these terms

We notify registered users of material changes via email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at getcreatorcodes.com/terms.
